i really wish you had this in English 
plus i really wanna know how u set it up where you could color without disturbing the line art, im sure that has to do with layers but i just dont understand XD

uhm, yeah... at's in the beginning of the video...
place the lineart layer at the very top and then set the layer to "multiply". now create new layers below the lineart-layer and you can use colors on them. with the "multiply"-mode of a layer you make all white pixels in the layer transparent.
