You maybe wonder why the picture has such a bad quality and subtitles. That's because I tried to look it like an Anime-Screenshot, maybe near Shippuuden Episode 180. It has 4:3 format (I know, TV Tokyo has 16:9 format, but the picture was to high for that...).
It's the flashback from Naruto Chapter 403 with the fight between Naruto vs. Itachi.
