She's really pretty. I love her hair and the colour scheme is nice.
Critique you say? Her eyes seem a bit too far apart and the rest of the face wouldn't line up with that with where the eyes are. The neck and the arms are a bit long. The hands don't quite work, try studying the joints in the hands (hands are a weakness for many artists, possibly because of said joints).
Other than that, this is very well done.
