I LOVE this, this costume was my first cosplay so it is very dear to my heart. And i am THRILLED to see you use RED hair instead of pink. I don't understand where the pink fad came from. Hikaru has "red" hair. Anyways, GREAT job!

People get the pink hair because of the anime, Hikaru's alter ego Nova had pink hair n_n if you wanted to know.

yeah but a lot of people don't look at art books, and the manga doesn't even have Nova. So for people who have only watched the anime might have a misconception.

Lol, thank you! It took me forever to figure out her hair with so many people doing it differently. Some had it too dark of a red, others too bright neon-styled red and pink. I eventually gave up and coloured a silver one myself with sharpies, lol!

Yea, i got a red curly one and styled it like hikaru. I believe it should be like primary color red at least, and anything darker is ok too. But just...not...pink. lol
