Well, where to begin! I really love this picture, because it's creative. I really like the chain over the eyes. This would be something I would have a nightmare about, and you really know how to show it. It makes you feel the suffering, almost, too. It makes you feel like you're in the picture, just because of the great quality of this artwork! You show how deep into sorrow and suffering you can go, and it's, well, AWESOME! I don't think anyone could have done better with showing misery, and I absolutley love it. Keep up the great work!

I think this is a amazing pic. You truly catched the effect of being in pain and torture. I think you did truly amazing on this and I think this is a very...um...unique pic. Great job. I just would of liked to see just a little blood and cuts. But otherwise amazing. I also like the fact that it looks like she is being caused pain right now. Lovely. Nice. Also I think the fact that she is screaming cases you to think...what's happening to the poor woman....I love it very much.

This is truly a great picture love the mouth how its all bloody but work on keeping the hair visible and hands witha bit more relism . YOU SCARE ME ! I live with this insane woman and you scare me! And for that I give you speculation your work is very good is this drawn or photography ? I'm curious. the blood in the mouth is a good touch If they did another movie on gore I would hope this was in it you have good definition on the chain. I can't get over how well you did I can't find one flaw.All in all it is amazing! This is unbelievable. Well done. admittedly well done If this was hand drawn I'd be even more impressed. I've been through some scariness like Slender, but this one is like a difference between real and fake and that was a good f*cking idea. Very absolutely f*cking good, man.

What a macabre sight to see, a little child with chains around his eyes and rotting teeth! Truly terrifying! Okay, let's get down to it.
Vision: There are only so many emotions a person can feel, and every bit of that emotion is fear. How fitting is it when the background is black! Four stars.
Originality: Such originality in such a work like this, I must say. You definitely got the 'it' factor. Five stars.
Technique: Just a photo taken and then some edits to it that makes it mature and violent to the point of agony. Awesome. Four and-a-half stars.
Impact: People who watch horror movies for a living or very disturbed men and women will really dig this. Four stars.
Overall, this is a very scary picture that has the potential for future success. I see this as a true deviation of horror and macabre, and not many people can pull that off. I'm impressed!

The most unique feature of this piece comes from the effect created by the chain around the subject's eyes: it both obscures the subjects actual eyes while creating the effect of dozens of smaller "eyes" looking off the frame to the right. If it is intentional, well played; if not, you've got a nice, happy accident.
The chain "eyes" also lend themselves nicely to the inhuman (or barely-human) appearance of the subject. This appearance causes uncertainty in the viewer, as to weather fear or pity for the subject is the more appropriate reaction. This is a positive, as it requires introspection on the part of the viewer.
The piece also benefits from the subject's indeterminate gender, playing on the theme of uncertainty.
Technically solid: good balance, good contrast, interesting subject. The chief weakness is that the whites on the upper lip, cheeks and hands are a little much and detract from the rest of the face by calling so much attention to them (the hands aren't so bad, as they give a sort of framing effect to the mouth). But the piece suffers very little for this!
Again, the "eyes" (chains) have it, and are what really drew me in to writing the critique. Fine work.

I'm working on a similar item with my last photo .... here I take an old NADAR's as a 'patronage' isssue, here I find too much tools as symbols of suffering .... we're both too 'dressed' I feel ... but I love the b/W here and the framing, it's really impressive.
Hiding/Showing the eyes is something I'm ambivalent with here, not as I did with my body in my own photo - sorry for the comparison, I don't want to advertise myself but I'm constantly reworking myself - but there's something 'metallic' through all the composition making me think about James Ballard, that is obviouslty a compliment but I'm tired to have references myself so my ratings is divided as you'll see. As far as me, I'm thinking about my next - mean tomorrow - photograph.

Very strong and frightening photo, and what it makes is so intense, the collar which makes me think about torture (like in Saw 2 just for the example) and the fact the person seems to be a child or a young woman makes it worse because it makes me think not just about torture but sexual tortures, so the picture is great, very strong, and very scary at the same time, it catch the attention for sure! Cannot be watched without any kind of empathy or compassion...

This photo or picture is indeed freaky but you can get a feel of what suffering can be like or what is like in ones mind. I have never seen art or photography in this kind of way which is why I love it.<3
