Are you working with hot wire or just saws/knives to cut the foam? I prefer to avoid hot wire whenever possible because it's so toxic...

its a mix of both, i dont really have a choice i made those hotwire bows im using since we dont have manpower and its torture to carve manually from 9am to 11pm i just make sure i have a fan running so i wont breath most of the fumes after that i go manual with my knives. im happy that you like my work a pat on the back goes a long way i just wish my boss would do the same from time to time
