I know this isn't my usual style, but I saw this stock image, and this popped into my head and wouldn't leave. This is also the first time to try something like this in PS, so if anything looks off, I'm sorry.

BTW, the character is Russia from Hetalia. This is somewhat based on the strip where he tells Lithuania that his dream is living in a warm place surrounded by sunflowers. I have no idea why he is crying...maybe they are tears of happiness?
