I absolutely love the idea of Zelda being the one having to go into the fight, But I prefer the idea that this is actually zelter's daughter that she had with Link and now Zelda junior has to go and rescue her parents. I don't know why but the idea of appeals to me so well.

Very nice idea to reflect the battle events from her armour, also giving it a more realistic feel, clever! I also like the shield a lot, too.

Amazing details on the reflecrtion of the armor, spectacular colour, pose and background, very well done  
Though, I have a few corrections if you accept my opinion
The shield is simply amazing, the problem is that it looks like she has no left arm, it looks like if it where glued to her shoulder, it must be a little further from her body and her left hand should be watchable. 
In second place, her expretion could be even better, I think that is her mouth that seems a little strange. 
Sorry if it sounds rude, I just want to help you to grow as an artist
