Been playing Freedom Planet 2 lately and I'm on like my second playthrough of it and you should definitely play it. I finally found a purpose for that Lilac model that's been unused for so long. So I decided to recreate a scene from the original Shrek movie with Donkey meeting Lilac instead of Dragon. Really fitting since Lilac is also a dragon. Been loving her since I first played the original Freedom Planet game back in late 2018. Both games are definitely worth your time. I highly recommend them if you want to scratch that 2D Sonic itch. I hope you all enjoy this. Deep within a lava dungeon we see a comedic but well developed Donkey trying to find his friend that he lost along the way after mistakenly splitting up with him all while looking for a secret treasure. The dungeon kept getting more and more spookier as he progressed but then he felt a quake like being bounced on a bed. The lava on the ground jumping up and down. He saw a silhouette resembling a dragon. He tried his best to run away from the dragon only to be picked up by a girl dragon? She introduced herself saying "Hi little fella my name is Lilac. Are you alright? I hope I didn't startle you or anything. I got banished here from my world and I don't know where I am at now. So I was hoping you would help me out here. What's your name?" The Donkey introduced himself as well Donkey as well as the situation he's in. "Donkey is it? Well I think we'll be good friends for a while. I will help find your friend and the treasure as well and in return you 2 can help me out of this world if you can. I miss my home so much." This was only the beginning of a good friendship. The story may or may not continue soon. But it will not be a story arc since I already said I am through with them a while back. I might use Lilac more in the future since I love her so much.
