You do have a point Kaijiu-Z, although I don't really think they're going to change how 'Junior' Piccolo looks when he comes back in the sequel, I hardly think they're going to hire a different actor & use different prosthetics, maybe just a wardrobe change at the most & make him a bit greener. I remember reading Marster had signed for the trilogy.
They'll probably just say that when Piccolo was defeated (killed?) at the end of Evolution, when Goku rams through him, that he spat out an egg (even though it would have been unseen) and have this Piccolo say he's the Piccolo from his father's egg, basically the two are actually the same being - a kind of reincarnation.
Or if you do want to look at it in a literal biological way, then Kami cold be counted as Piccolo (Junior)'s father - because 'King' Piccolo was Kami.
