"I'm here now!"--
WELL. I did say I was gonna make a painting involving Patamon |D
SO! Here it is, first of several. Patamon (aka Seraphimon) is finally arriving to the field where he, Lopmon (aka Cherubimon) and Salamon (aka Ophanimon) agreed to meet ^^
He's a little late because he had to make a stop along the way (there's a painting explaining that coming soon, I promise) but he's finally arrived!
I must admit, it was great fun drawing Patamon in that pose.
I had absolutely no clue what to do with the background, at all X______X I almost ended up ruining it. The paint would not work out the way I wanted it to! So I ended up spreading some clean water on it and blotting away all the green with a paper towel.
After that I took a shower (xD) and when I came back I decided to try fixing it with my watercolor pencils. It's...not quite what I wanted, but I suppose I'm pelased with it. It turned out better than it looked, that's for sure.
So yeah, the colored pencils saved my ass, haha.
I totally winged the clouds
Hope they look decent enough...Just ignore the stream/mountains, I'm not good at those -3-

Oh my Azulongmon! I just saw this on the front page, and was so surprised. This is my favorite show. I was like, "Hey, that kinda looks like Patamon.", and sure enough.
I gotta go now, but when I get back, I'll give you a little review.

Okie-dokie, review time. We'll start by saying that I think this is really, really awesome, first off. Well, the colors are very pretty; I love them. The mountains are cool, and so are the clouds and grass. Salamon and Lopmon, mainly Salamon, are kinda hard to see, but it's fine. Patamon is a little sketchy, but it might have meant to be like that. *Shrugs* Very great piece of artwork.

Okay, I'd like to start with a thank you, I don't get many comments like this so I'm very grateful. Anyways, thanks again, I'm glad you think so ^^ With Lopmon and Salamon I was trying to attempt a bit of perspective, what with Patamon being in the say and beginning to swooping down, but I definitely see how Salamon and Lopmon would be difficult to see. I think I may have made them too small and will attempt to avoid that in the future. As for Patamon, a lot of my pieces are sketchy, but I agree, he may have turned out a bit sketchier than usual.
Once more, thank you! It's definitely nice to see comments that are more than just "cute" or "pretty" ^^

They're not too bad, really. In fact, it's not so much that they're too small, well, on Lopmon maybe, but Salamon I think you put maybe too many lines or something. *Shrugs* Might just be my imagination.
