move over lothor, you were nothing but a cheap gag, cringe and a fraud for a character who had no business in a power rangers show, especially in a ninja themed season. go back where you more likely belong and that would be mucha lucha. in fact and honestly, Vexacus truly deserves to be the lead villain for good reasons, not a retired grandpa playing a clown. what makes a good villain is they must be calm, smart, patient, have a goal, role and purpose, know what they are doing and have back up plan if something fails, respects and supports his warriors and most of all, they must fit in if they want to be taken seriously, which luthor did not. so this is my attempt at a true villain for Ninja Storm and maybe Hurricanger, idk. never seen it but i seen plenty of Super Sentai to know that the original is darker, more mature and just far better and entertaining. they know when to have fun, unlike previous and modern power rangers of now being very cheesy and cringy very often. colors taken from Talpa from Ronin Warriors. name taken from Japan's Three Great Villains
