RedApropos made this thing where he started a comic, but everyone who wanted to could complete the comic! This is my take on it.We all know that Spike loves comics. As a fan of the medium myself, I occasionally have those "cognitive dissonance" moments where I picture an ordinary situation that's happening and well, it just turns into a fight in my head cause HEY, IT CAN TOTALLY HAPPEN. So I wanted to show that kinda scenario here cause yeah, Spike knows random fights can totally happen.

I did consider "manega" before publishing, but "animane" seemed to roll off the tongue better so I chose that even though comics are what I know Spike reads and TVs are still a mystery.
As for hayntai... I'm sure Spike'd just gag at one look at it and then wash his face all day.

Well the only one made "Nightmare" aside from Luna from an official standpoint was Rarity in the comics and that was because for a moment she thought her friends had replaced her (withΒ Maybell Pines).

Imagine if Spike were to find an enchanted manga? And since manga's foreign, it would come from the other territories.
Hence, Shinobi Spike (Naruto), Shinigami Spike (Bleach), Mafioso Spike (Katekyo Hitman Reborn), and all those others really CAN happen.

I'm not sure if "animane" already exists--I just followed the Equestrian tradition of making puns out of English words. Initally it was "animare" but I guess you can say that term would more reference shoujo (girls) anime in particular.
