Dear lord... I feel like I'm gonna annoy the crap out of you but where did u get the hat from? Or did u make it? Because I was thinking of getting a pirate hat and modifying it to look like Malfatto's. Impressive cosplay by the way xD

man I don't have ANY good pictures of my cosplay, it was my first cosplay and i was super proud of it UGH, but now most the costume is unusableΒ
You see, what I did with the hat was that I just took a fedora (like some cheap-ass 5 dollar one) and then I hot glued large extensions (thin cardboard, i think it was a cereal box) on the back ends of it
(i would show you some pics but my hat is like totally destroyed)Β
After i glued the pieces in I hot glued faux leather to it (I cut the leather into sections, DO NOT DO THIS, keep the pieces of leather as whole as possible! or else it will fall apart and look sloppy)
If i were you though, I would look into trying to sew a hat together, it'll be neater and A LOT more durable (i've made my fair share of hats by now)Β

Ok then my only concern is the leather. I was thinking about using a pirate hat hand cutting it into how i want it but this may prove itself more difficult than i thought. Well thank you anyway i really appreciate your response most people don't tell their secrets in making a homemade cosplay xD oh and sorry i was unable to reply working on some other thing but life goes on. Β Oh yeah and thank you again. Like your probably tired of hearing say the same stuff but right now your like my sensei lol

well I'm not half bad in the tactile arts ;D i love making masks and stuff with clay so i had alot of experience in that kind of stuff, everything else i made looks like suck actually xD
but put together it's pretty awesome
this was actually my first real cosplay x3
