And there it was, the dreaded tell-tale heart. The boy they call the Vulture's Eye. He ain't even right an adult yet. Little boy, probably jus' 15 er 16, looks kinda like a girl. Wears just this black.. uh, thing, just this big black coat, with a hood that has a hole ripped open jus' big enough for you to see his eye and his fuckin' grin. Following ya, watching ya, waiting for ya to die. Merciless little fucker, he stalks ya, and he knows ya's afraid. He knows that you know that death is loomin' right fuckin' over ya. If you're lucky, he'll kill you before ya's sees him. But if you sees him, or hear him, or ya THINK ya hear or sees him, he'll know. Ye can't fake your way out of this, no acting like ya don't see nothing, he'll know. He don't give a shit. He uses it AGAINST ya. Some say he even makes this strange sound when he knows you're listening. He does this strange ticking noise, like a watch enveloped in cotton. Mocking you with his evil eye. Driving ya insane, making ya put your guard so high up that you betray yourself. Even when ya try to run, run as fast as ya can, he wont follow ya. Ye just gave him a chance to sneak up on ya again. Dammit he don't pursue ya, he just shows up. How he kills ya, no one knows. He kills you like you ain't even died. He's a clean killa. No cuts, no gashes, no bruises, no burns, no broke bones, no blood. They say the scientists and doctors don't even know how he does it. Some of the Dark Elves say he's using dark magic, he only needs to touch you and look at you in the eye and it makes you go into uh, cardiac arrest, like a heart attack. You jus' die. The Dark Elves say that this is really something special, and difficult for the boy to do. It's not like a gun or knife where you can go around killin' big ass groups of people, one after another. He can do it... maybe three people, tops, at a time. And then he's real exhausted for a few hours. And that's what we're here today for. We found a fresh victim just near here, now is our time to catch the little fucker.
