A Rachel Brice fan sketch! I hate drawing fan art but I made an exception for this one. I guess because Rachel Brice isn't a cartoon character or something. I love tribal belly dance.I just scanned the image, added the brown tint, the low-opacity flower decals and darken edges and there you go.
