I accidentally started working on All's Fair again. This is the team lineup as seen in a polaroid in the movie. Characters from left to right are Femscout (Main character of All's Fair), Scout, Femscout's dad the Sniper, Demoman, Pyro, Spy, Engineer, Heavy, his wife the Medic, Fempyro, Soldier, and Femspy.For now you can watch these characters in Teardrop, a music video based on All's Fair www.youtube.com/watch?v=NBvmKh…

I will because canonically there should be at least a red variation of it on display in one of the rooms of Red Base, it's just that that scenes doesn't start until Chapter 2 but I will just go ahead and do it
