I don't even know what the point of this picture is. I just found this in my collection of screenshots I had taken of my animation somewhere along the way so I just slapped a couple of filters over it and submitted. He looks somewhat frightened and his attention is caught by something but this scene no longer exists in the animation, it was cut.

Q: Is it just me or...are his eyes actually two different colors?
A: Yes, the Red Soldier has heterochromatic eyes specific for the animation, and observant people will notice. The point is that during combat his eyes aren't usually seen, therefore he appears as a coldblooded killer, but then as the Femscout and he get close to one another, she (or you, the audience, rather) would notice it is one of his hidden traits.

He still is a coldblooded killer regardless.
