how did you do that glass? Have you animated each prop by yourself or it's just already animated?

Yes, in this scene, the glass is hand-animated, every shard. There are some scenes in "A Fragile Dream" that I did the same thing. Every scene in my movies that have glass flying around like that was my own handiwork. Although I usually don't do EACH ONE, I grab them and move them in 4 or 5's because there's probably 100-120 individual shards per model. The only ones I really concentrate on individually are the ones that move out of the way as she hits them.
