for warhammer40k card game, by Sabretooth Games.again another fully photoshop piece..
was trying out a few things here to get a traditional painted kind of feel.

Not too keen on this one, though I still added it to my favourites xDD
I'm not sure what's wrong but there's something...maybe the clichΓ© pose? Or the colours? Maybe that's it, not enough darkness in the picture IMO.
Anyway, otherwise it's a great pic, though I don't find it very fitting for the dark 41st Millenium.

i think you pulled it off - this almost feels like an ancient image of christ, well, besides the power armor : ). it does have a very holy and old feel to it though.

i know its all about artistic license and all, its cool, but it ocurred to me, if his head is really that size, then his arms can't be attached to his body, and his knees would be mid thigh. So I've concluded that he's an android of some kind and hes got no legs! am i right? am I?!!! HUH?? And he's so big he doesnt really need seams or joints at the shoulders, he just sword fights with his wrist. Love it. He looks like a walking church. "I pity the fool who bleeds on my Bible!"
