Hope it is not too odd that part of its body being covered by Leaf tornado. Since tornado is having an another color than whole of body I did make an effect of silver in places behind tornado. Anyway I tried to delete the tornado and draw draw parts I did not include because of it but then I decided that original idea I got is better.Anyway besides Popplio is my favourite starter because of its type, I prefer Decidueye the most among Alolan starters final forms.
