Clever composition with all those round things !
I understand that the blue backgroubd is matching the plate line and the napkin, but at the same time, I dont like it a lot ; a bit too dark for the chocolate bits and too cyan, not pure blue, for the orange part. Anyway, very sophisticated simplcity. I like your work for that, you always give thought to the setting.

Thank you for the comment. My idea for the background was to be dark, so that the other objects to stand out. I like the way the chocolate chips are merging with the blue board. I also like the combination between the blue and the orange, not only because there is a symbolic reason (there is orange in the cookies), but because I like the two colors when put together.
I don't think that there is cyan in the blue, maybe this is because of the different screens, although mine is calibrated.

Mine is calibrated, too, so I guess it is a matter of taste.
I like orange with blue, just not vey much this shadde...But in overall ways I admire your work.
