These look so yummy! I haven' seen many recipes that use passionfruit, but I'll bet these taste great!

On the bottom of the eclairs is mango and passionfruit cremeux and on the top is milk chocolate chantilly

This is absolutely gorgeous... I am so hungry now ^_^.
But really, I have no idea how anyone can cook like this...it's like art. Whenever I cook it looks horrid.
