how came the charcater suddenly went from a hyperactive ADHD seven year old to being an other slazzy fat fourteen year old?
let me explain; seth macfarline doen't know how to write for other kind of character outside of either the jovinale delinquent parent, or this case the ackward teenager. this just one of the tired constances of his writting.
