This started ot as a sketch and I really liked it. I wanted to experiment with a sketch I liked using Corel Painter essentials 3. It's not a fancy program at all, the only reason I have it is because it came with my labtop. For this I used the digital water colour tool and I think it turned out well. Insted of doing a traditional black for the eye lashes I tried a blue colour.She would look better with a background but yet I failed at it so it's just white

Ahah. that's cute~ I like the soft yellow-pink tones. The blue for the eyelashes make the look softer too. (And if you don't want to listen to this one, it's fine, just a suggestion; you could also outline the eyelashes with a thin outline like the rest of the picture, and color them with a color close to the hair color. Since you seem to draw thick eyelashes, it could work.)
Sounds like a weird thing to say, but the boobs look fine (lol). Her arms are uneven though; If it's because of the perspective, the shading on the left arm doesn't quit show it. And the foot/ankle, but it has already been pointed out =o

Well it's mostly to fit with the rest of your lines, in a way. Not saying you have to change it I was just suggesting, since the eyelashes are the only part where the lines are that thick. So you could try to do a thin outline for the too and color them with the colors they should really be. Or just play with lines sizes in the whole picture. Or leave it as it is if you want to, ahah~
