A map of the island of Vylbrand and the city state of La Noscea from the game FFXIV created using the in-game 2.0 zones, maps of the original 1.0 zones, and my own interpretations to put them all together and fill in the gaps between. The details of the northern half of the island. labeled O'Ghomoro, are entirely unknown but I might try and flesh out a bit with any future versions.
