Description

-Scorch had a bad feeling about the rumors he's been hearing from those in the city.  To ease his mind he returns to the communication center he had worked to destroy after Opheus descended.

I could've sworn I blocked this entrance better.  Shit.  The lantern is still lit.  Maybe the rubble just moved over time.  Though the entrance is suspiciously clear for natural movement.  Stay hopeful.  Of course the vigil has been horrifically stupid but they wouldn't actually go this far.  To contact them.  Those priests must be trying to scare others into joining their side.  The scratches are deeper than I remember.  I must have been more angry than I thought.  Or scared.  Probably both.  The new greenery is nice.  Covers the ugly blue and greys.  Maybe this place can be used to keep animals.  I'd have to remove all the broken glass from the monitor I broke.  And the cut wires.  And the shards of metal.  Even if it were clean it should probably stay untouched.  The vigil is already getting bad ideas; they don't need someone giving them an opportunity to act on them.

-Scorch can hear clicking from the room ahead.  The main room.

What is that? Did some weird clicking bug get in here? It's obnoxious.  Like some impatient Stellae-Lucis child spamming the buttons while they wait for their perfect little pet to be born.

-In the main room of the communication hall Scorch stops, hiding to watch as two vexxils fiddle with the main computer.  Mitra, the leader of the rebellion, an artist's pet,  pressing the buttons on the device.  Arche, a noble's pet, tries to activate it.  The other vexxils seem to be resting or clearing the room.  He goes unnoticed as he watches.

The pets were made to be the most loyal and idiotic.  I better tell someone.
