First of all, DBZ yaoi is just wrong... *shivers* Just too wrong...
Secondly it is made worse at the fact that this is just a wrong pairing... *violently shivers*
As for the picture itself...
-The hands need some work. (as you siad)
-It would have been nice to see the bodies too... it is kinda boring just to see two big heads kissin... specially those heads... *shivers and falls*
