Please forgive me, I usually don't like it to just uplpad a headshot, yet, even though the skirt is great, I havn't found one picture which I found satisfyin enough to upload here on dA.I'm very pleased with my wig and the whole outcome, but I seriously have to reshoot this.
So damn bad.

...I wish someone could arrange a One Piece mermaid/fishman photoshoot... because there aren't that many cosplayers and some are DEFINITELY better than others....

funny story: at the convention a girl spoke to me and said "oh, you made the anime-version right? but you're lacking the crown. I have one!"
and it took me some seconds to realize she also cosplayed Otohime. I never was so offended by a fellow cosplayer like that time.

Yeaaaah.... there was one con I was at where I was supposed to meet up with another mermaid, but I didn't find her 'till the second day... and I wouldn't have realized that she was cosplaying Shirahoshi except that I knew to who to look for... And she was trying to give me tips on how to make a tail that you can walk in... without having seen mine...
I met a Nami at the same convention who started talking to me (while I was also cosplaying Nami) whom I didn't realize was a Nami until she said so.
