EDIT: Changed his facial expression slightly. He looked too much like the Kishin from Soul Eater. I've been watching the final episodes of the anime, so I guess I incorporated that into this chibi....oops >_<Luffy from One Piece. My friend (known as Brook) says his eyes look weird. I said...well, lets keep this non-mature, shall we?

i covered the smile with my finger and then i covered the eyes and i think the smile is what made him seem a little non-luffy, its like how actual people have different looking smiles 
and if u hugged luffy and said you felt like it i think he would probably not care and just say "kay :3....got any food?" bu luffy has demonstrates that if you break something he likes or steal from him hell get mad lol
like when he slapped laboons eye for breakin his "special seat" lol OMG sorry for the long comment lol
