Done! Just a suuper simple cell shade. Dont hate cause it's not exact. He still looks awesome.

So...here's some fan art. Played through RE6 and fell in love with Mr Kennedy and his TERRIBLE puns all over again. Watching a Let's Play of number 4 inspired this younger version of him. Though he does look better with stubble
