Ajax and I.Ajax passed away in his sleep on December 8th 2012. He didn't even make it to his second birthday. I'm still having such a tough time coming to terms with it. It happened much too soon )=

oh no... I'm sorry to hear this
One of my cats died a few days ago, he was ridden over... and died torturous. This was the saddest day of my life too... they are not just animals they are friends.
I hope they can be happy in the animal heaven...

His brother passed yesterday. Ajax was sudden. Osyris was agonizing. He developed nemonia I think, and died in my hands after fighting it for a week ): but I'm glad they can be together in rattie paradise and his suffering is over. You are right. Even for such a short time they provide so much joy.

Its strange... above I wrote about our cat which died, a few weeks afters this at christmas his best cat friend followed him... (died from a heart attack and we could only watch..) I don't get this pictures out of my head since then, but I hope our cat and rattie friends are at a happy place now. ._.

I set a pillow on my lap (or on the bed if I'm laying down) so they have something under their feet, They are much more calm and willing to be held close and stay still. It doesn't work forever before they're fussy and want to run around the bed, but it gets the job done.

My sister had a rat named Melvin. He looked like he had hands, especially when he would pick things up.
I used to do my hair a lot. But I was losing length because of the bleaching.

I only dye the front nowadays because I'm trying to get my hair this long again ([link] ) I had it all blue for two years and still trying to grow out the dead ends.. It really killed my hair, but I guess I can't get away from it XD

LOL, I remember someone dying all of there hair and it was as long as mine was. She had it all sorts of rainbows but I guess it eventually caught up with her and she had to chop the whole thing piece by piece..
