managed to steal some time while procrastinating during homework. If i'm going to procrastinate, might as well make use of it ;D---
Basic shading, basic background and i see a GLUT of anatomy faults. I see them and i dont think i'm going back to fix it
blame it on the short amount of timmeee, its not my friend i'm sure 
and yes, i am aware that Manetric is supposed to be quite a bit bigger than Jolteon or Luxio, but i didnt find out until i started colouring ----------

omg!!my favorite electric pokemon!for the first games i used jolteon(sick of pikachu i suppose) Then for ruby and sapphire i used eletrike and trained it to Manetric and for sinnoh i used luxio<3 LOL

I absolutly love this!!!! Jolteon is my fav. pkmn!!! I love manectric too!!!! Luxio is alright though I prefer Luxray, but Luxio gets some lovv'n too!!

Yay! Jolteon
Manetric was my substitute Jolteon in the Ruby and Sapphire Game, and Luxray was his substitue when i was playing the sinnoh game until i made a new eevee and trained it as a Jolteon
