sakura02 took pictures of my Sailor Neptune costume at Florida Supercon. I made this costume a couple of years ago (in 2005) but never got any good pictures of it, so I made some improvements and decided to start wearing it again.

This is a very lovely and clean cosplay. Very appropriate to have her looking pensive by the water fountain. She feels very much like a "water element" scout from the mood you've set with your pose and setting.
