I have been practicing this kind of drawing with mixed media (traditional and digital). I am not good enough yet but well, I wanted to do some illustrations to sell prints at a marketplace :>
I still have some problems to decide the color palette of my works lol and I had a hard time choosing the colors of the boy's outfit , but happily I saw the guy I like walking down the street and using the perfect color palette haha.

Usé un filtro en Clip Studio para adarle esa apariencia, me dio justo el efecto que quería jeje.

Genial * o * si no mal recuerdo, en la opción de filtros viene uno que dice 'dibujar' o algo así, y da una opción con nombre raro jaja le das en ese y sale una capa con textura :'D también puedes descargar muchos pinceles con textura de acuarela. Espero que disfrutes el programa, a mí me encantó u v u.
