Oh, you're worse off than me there.
I got past Seiryuu city, I was after you got all the leaders beaten (the surprise is you have to do it again on the parallel server with different leaders).

Oh snap. D: I think you got farther than I did.
I kept getting stuck at the A.o.A server's Asuka city and their Godly Knightmon! Not even my strongest digimon could hit it! That shit always evaded!

I know I got past beating the president of the evil corporation, which was that woman and her very annoying, but really cute/awesome Persiamon. >.>

Oh, that's cos its an unwinnable battle and you're supposed to leave it and go around to the next city first. (Man, was it awkward figuring that out)

And Persiamon was HARSH. *shake fist*

Kurigaru In reply to Bunni89 [2009-04-24 00:19:00 +0000 UTC]

yeah, apparently you were supposed to do something first, then fight knightmon with half-full HP, and THEN you could hit him. D:

I knooooooooow.
Go! Metalgarurumon!
*Persiamon uses attack that turns any digimon to shitty rookie level*

*Has Kotemon instead of Metalgarurumon*

...........Fuck.

Bunni89 In reply to Kurigaru [2009-04-24 06:42:56 +0000 UTC]

You have to sneak into the city via the sewers at that bit, and you don't get to fight the knightmon until aaages later.

I threw my controller at the screen the first time that happened.

Kurigaru In reply to Bunni89 [2009-04-25 02:14:47 +0000 UTC]

really? O_o I thought you were supposed to go via Submarimon... or through the circuit break thing with Digmon....

Oh my God, are you serious?! xD;
Another frustrating part was fighting the last gym leader. I think he was the last....he had Daemon and was located in the Fiery dungeon. ._.;

They really need to come out with a guide for that.

Bunni89 In reply to Kurigaru [2009-04-25 05:30:09 +0000 UTC]

No, there was this really long lonnngg quest of getting through these sewers from the outside. Too many sewer crawling parts in this game.

Was that the dungeon where there were the lava traps that reduced your health to 1 when you hit them?

Kurigaru In reply to Bunni89 [2009-04-25 16:15:02 +0000 UTC]

Really? huh....the more I know.~
Now I feel like re-buying that game just so I can finish it. >_>
I think so,idk....I know it was after the ice dungeon chock-filled with Iceantylamon. x__x
And vikemon! GOD I hate Vikemon.

Bunni89 In reply to Kurigaru [2009-04-25 20:13:05 +0000 UTC]

I never fought practically anything in the ice dungeon 'cos I got through the puzzle really quickly for some reason. Maybe a whole game of harsh puzzles free of guidance made me really good?
Remember the Vikemon though. GOD, Vikemon!

Kurigaru In reply to Bunni89 [2009-04-25 22:04:56 +0000 UTC]

Really? Lucky! I couldn't even stay 1 second in the ice without battling a vikemon or iceantylamon! And no guidance = LOST in the GAME. D;
I envy your passing skills. xD;
I hated the Gym leader's Vikemon the most though. And who can forget Etemon? .... -_-;

Bunni89 In reply to Kurigaru [2009-04-26 10:17:10 +0000 UTC]

I got stuck in the protocol forest at the start of the game for 40 minutes though.
Etemon used to be one of my favourite digimon before this game. ARRGH. Hated the 'agumon suit' sidequest you had to do too.

Kurigaru In reply to Bunni89 [2009-05-02 21:53:05 +0000 UTC]

omg, really? That place wasn't that hard to pass through in the first time... ;;
I know in the A.o.A server, I did get lost. Everything was all inverted and dark. xD;

Omg, I KNOW It took me forever to find Etemon. I hated Metaletemon the most though. He used full restore like....50 times. -_-

They really need a guidebook for this game. Now I feel like playing it again.
I heard you can also get Terriermon....how? Idk.

Bunni89 In reply to Kurigaru [2009-05-02 23:29:09 +0000 UTC]

It was hard! The forest was confusing! I didn't know where I was! *embarrassed now*
It was easy for me on the second try 'cos I knew the route, tho. I have a good memory for repeat puzzles.

Restore spamming enemies are the worst in any game period. *strangling teh Metalete*

You can't get Terriermon, I think whoever told you that is probably misinformed. The only secret digimon partner is Veemon, and he's not that secret.

Kurigaru In reply to Bunni89 [2009-05-03 02:52:27 +0000 UTC]

really? o_0 I didn't mean to make you embarassed, I'm sorry! ;A;

Haha, indeed it is. xP;
Especially also in Pokaymenz! >_0

Oh, really? My friend told me that he has a Terriermon and a veemon in his game. ;A;

And oh! I remembered the ultimate place where you can get lost in DW3! The Badlands desert. And finding that mirage tower. UUUUUUUUGH. And the 3rd gym leader was in that tower too!

Bunni89 In reply to Kurigaru [2009-05-03 03:41:57 +0000 UTC]

XD Don't worry.

Yeah, that's why the Mewtwo battles are hard if you don't use a Master Ball. Spamming son of a-

I never found Teriiermon... maybe I just missed it? I don't think so though.

Damn desert, that's DEFINATELY the worst one! Forward forward up forward up up, I think. I was wandering for literally real time days..

👍: 0 ⏩: 1

Kurigaru In reply to Bunni89 [2009-05-04 01:32:45 +0000 UTC]

I dragged Mewtwo's HP down to 1, then threw a Master ball. For some reason, I don't trust Master balls at all. xD; They may catch without fail, but what would happen if one of them didn't work?

I think it was forward,right,up,repeat. ._.;
Same here; sometimes I had to keep going back to the inn to save and I'd just level up when I'd get tired of looking for that damn thing. xD;
I loved how that desert was full of Maildramon and Gryphomons.

👍: 0 ⏩: 1

Bunni89 In reply to Kurigaru [2009-05-04 01:48:11 +0000 UTC]

I've never had them not work. But now I'm always gonna expect them to.. *wary glance at gameboy advance*

No, I'm sure you had to repeat the same direction twice in a row at some point. And I'm talking forward from the character's perspective, but if you went right wouldn't you be going backwards?
And they had to stick those damn annoying mons in the hardest desert puzzle in history.

Kurigaru In reply to Bunni89 [2009-05-16 21:58:40 +0000 UTC]

It's just me, I always have a tendency to point out the insecurities in everything...like in rides. xD;
That's why you hack master balls just in case. :E

You had to keep going in this pattern for a while until you saw the tower, I remember that.
...Erm....idk. ;; The charater would be coming from the right side of the screen, then up, then eventually turn right... idk.

I knooooooooow!

Bunni89 In reply to Kurigaru [2009-05-16 22:28:10 +0000 UTC]

I actually had glitches with every pokemon game I've had, so I have reason to be wary.
Including the Yellow game that rendered all pikachus red instead of well, YELLOW!, Gold that occasionally started up in a glitch-city type place on new games, Sapphire that had ONE displaced pixel in a random colour on every pokedex entry (and it occasionally changed colour while you were reading- scary since you don't immediately realize what changed), and four separate GBA games including that Sapphire cartridge that all wouldn't link with other games to trade. (But one was an american copy, so it had an excuse there)

Also, on Diamond the music would occasionally be out of place. Strangely it was most common for the battle music to loop out into overworld scenes and for attacks to make no noise, and then the next attack play the sound of the last one. I'm not good with game glitches.

Also incidentely I once bought a 20-book series of comics and every one had a printing error.

I know those games, but I'm not so much into video games, so. Haha.
I like to see cosplays of the characters, though.
