Here is a card Idea I had.... take a deck has a gimmick that limits when it can use it's abilities (like Infernities requiring you to have no cards in your hand), and then give them a support card, tat can force that restriction on your opponent as well. Here is the first one I decided to make, and here is the effect:

While this card is face-up on the field, all monsters you control and in your GY are treated as "Infernity" monsters. While you have at least 1 card in your hand; you cannot activate any monster effects, and the effects of monsters on your field are negated. If you have no cards in your hand and your opponent has at least 1 card in their hand; your opponent cannot activate any monster effects and the effects of monsters on their field are negated.

I tried to keep it from being to splashable by still requiring you to have no cards in your hand, and if you don't, it will not only still allow your opponent to do there things, but it will double down on you to ensure that you are playing Infernities. Even turning them into Inferniy monsters... hopefully this card wouldn't be to degenerate, if you spot any issues, feel free to tell me, so if I make a variation of this for another deck I can avoid giving that card the same problems.
