I drew this for (Joy a.k.a. Shiawase-chan). Gomen ne, Joy, it took my so long and it is MONTHS after your birthday... but hey it doubles as a Christmas present!
ahahahahahah... yeah, I hope you like it. I colored it with my Macromedia Fireworks program. *cough*free trial*cough* 
I think this is my best Neji yet... you know because you always ask me (as well as everyone else...) to draw Neji, I think I've practically memorized how to draw him now. 
Oh yeah, and another thing I really like about his drawing is the pose.. I think its my best "action-ish" pose yet. He's supposed to be kinda.. jumping or errr dodging something... whatever.. you decide what he's doing lol
