First time I ever drew a Naga - this was made back in around November/December during my mock exams lol. I was bored.Inked sketch, done with a ball-point pen, the actual size is A4.
Yeah.
My original Naga... I rather like him, lol. Creepy little bugger that he is.

Sometimes our good drawings tend to come from the ones we make to kill time, boredom, or relieve stress. Been trying figure out nagas myself. Nicely done for you first time drawing.

Thank you - um, I'd rather you didn't (though I really can't stop you other than asking eh?; ) because while I understand you want to see it in colour, this piece wasn't made to be a lineart, not to mention the character already has a specific colour scheme that I just never got around to putting online.

I thought I commented on this before, but apparently I didn't; this is gorgeous and the detailing in flawless. I actually printed this out a while back and colored it because I just thought it was so wonderful.

That's done with a ball point?! I never would've guessed without reading your description of the picture. I prefer to work with pen, but I never would be able to get the amount of detail you can. The lines are seamless, and it looks as though it's really well planned out. Are you sure you didn't first do it in graphite, and then in pen? Because I would be very surprised if this was just a spur-of-the-moment drawing. But if it was, Fantastic work!

Ah, I first roughly sketched it out with a mechanical pencil and then added the details in ball-point before erasing the pencil lines, if that makes sense?

Yeah, no that makes sense. I don't think that even the most experienced of artists would've been able to do a drawing like this in pen witout planning it out first.

He kinda reminds me of the men in the ancient Aztec tribes because they would paint themselves like that too. Creepy and cool at the same time.
