thats some nice shading and style going on there. however... the earrings could do with some work, as could the necklace. neither of them are shaded enough to give them the ... "3d-ness" or whatever you call it ... neccessary to fit in with the rest of the image.
i particularly like the way you did the hair, and the clothes overall is good, but there are some individual parts where the shading doesnt match up, or looks rough.
good overall job, though!
