If anyone Comic/Manga Artist is thinking of self publishing your work, Here is a Template for KA-BLAM! Printing.I did see a different template on their website, but I think it is outdated. When you click on the current spec links, this is the one you get.
Please use this template as a guide.

Noob question: Why the margin area so small?
Doesn't that put the frames too close to the page edge?
Usually manga comic books have much bigger margins
