Description I known Disney my whole life.  Sure, it was fun when I was a kid.  But when I got older, it became kind of bothersome.  Now, I'm neutral with that company since their purchasing of Fox, LucasArts and Marvel comics.  Alas, if it didn't have works I liked, I boycot the whole chain.  Digressing, I have seen numerous Disney films but these 10 are the ones that capture my cinematic fan heart.

FYI they are not in any order of favortism.

(From bottom to top)

Hocus Pocus - a film where I was rooting for the bad guys or gals, The Sanderson Sisters, fav characters of that film.  Love Bette Midler's Winnifred.

20,000 Leagues Under the Sea - one of Disney's earliest which was indeed quite an adventure.

WALL-E - one of Pixars greats.  Epicness and heart rolled into one.

Toy Story 2 - one of rare times the sequel is better than the first one.  This one amped up everything to 10. All characters were played superbly. Wonderful fun and humor. And if I'm being honest, I felt the ending closed out the story perfectly. But that's just me.

Strange Magic - The hate this film gets is a bit much.  I can't believe I let what critics and naysayers stop me from seeing this in theaters.  Thankfully, I rented it and I saw a story that was indeed something.  It has a heart there, figuratively speaking, I loved the lead Marianne.  And Alan Cumming was fantastic as The Bog King. And although I'm not a fan of musicals, some of the pieces in this entry were great.

Cars - Although it's story has already been done in a film starring Michael J. Fox, I forget the title, the idea of anthropomorphic automobiles is definitely a broad step. Cars was indeed a fun movie with wonderful characters.  And my respect to the late Paul Newman for voicing Doc Hudson.

Wreck-It Ralph & Ralph Breaks the Internet - This duology is indeed an homage to all fans of video game past, present and future. The friendship of Ralph and Vanellope is truly heartwarming.  Yes, the second one has some faults, but I don't want that to diminsh the movie.  It was great.  Sadly, didn't see the first one in theaters but I did see Breaks the Internet in said theaters.  These entries earned my respect.

Finding Nemo & Finding Dory - These two are in my eyes Pixar's creme de la creme along with the first two Toy Storys, Cars and WALL-E. I've seen Finding Nemo so many times I can resite any scene perfectly. Nemo had so much heart, humor and thrills and sights.  Really got me into the undersea world. And I was super excited Finding Nemo was getting a sequel. Even though it had been close to thirteen years, sometimes belated sequels work in the case of Finding Dory, which was indeed phenomenal.  But to rank which one was better.  I will admit both are equal.  And always shall.
