AH, now I see what you meant when my Edward ELric Gryffindor pic was like your Slytherin Envy. It is quite the peice of work. Though what I would have done for a background is similar to what I did for Ed, except do it in the colors of Slytherin, Silver and Green, and then for an extra kick put in that Homonculus symbol on one of the green tiles and have the symbol in black.

Yeah, if I wasnt lazy I should have put in a BG like that, then it would REALLY look like your Ed one! But I was too lazy to even look at a reference pic when I drew the uniform

Be that as it may, I think you did cover yourself pretty well by having the arms over the front, which does seem to be in Envy's character, and it helped you in not dealing with drawing in the rest of the uniform. I myself have taken shortcuts like that, such as for this one Yuri fan art I did of the Disney Series "Kim Possible" I put in rose petals so taht way they'd cover the hands, becuase I really am bad at drawing them. ^_^;;; Have a look at them and I think you'll see what I mean.
