The series is called "The Devil is a Part Timer". As for the girls, I'm not too far into the series (far as I know the dark haired one hasn't shown up yet", so I only know the names of the red-head and the girl in pigtails. The red-head's name is Emilia Justina, and the fake name she uses in the human world on Earth is Emi Yusa. The girl with pigtails is named Chiho, her last name is Sasaki IIRC.

I think they have a crap ton of free food they can eat if their "rank" at their job goes up goes up, I guess? So they work hard so they can eat the free food, then they start gaining weight, then they go for a fun trip to a water park or a beach or something like that, then they return home, now so high in rank that they'd eaten so much food that they're very fat and cute.
