B) Alura sacrificed herself.
C) Shiro is gay (out of absolutely nowhere) in the last seconds of the series.

A) the most important relationship in the show was destroyed because a gay man having a best friend is not ok apparently
B) Allura died in the most bullshit way
C_1) Shiro stopped being a young reckless pilot and start being a Dad out of nowhere? treated as old when he's like 27
C_2) Shiro was married off to an unnamed rando with zero development for brownie points when Keith was right there
C_3) Shiro retiring when all he wanted all this time was to explore space
D) The way they managed to rush Allurance (I SHIP IT) even though they had been slow burning it for 7 seasons, and they killed Lance's personality.
E) Lance never apologized to Keith and they had random bonding moments that used tropes that Keith and Shiro had till that moment (sunsets, shoulder touches, etc)
F) The entire volcano scene????
G) Lotor did not getting redemption but Honerva did.
