I'm in the middle of a big Angel Beats spaz, so I decided to draw some fanart for it. I'm pretty pleased with how this turned out, actually. although I pretty much copied a screenshot...I'm completely infatuated with Noda and I don't even know why. And I ship him really hard with Yuri and ugh feels

Ugh it sucks to have a minor character as your favourite
but on tumblr I saw this headcanon that when Noda was still alive he had a girlfriend who refused to see how special she was to him and everyone and he really loved her and stuff but eventually she took her own life and the reason Noda ended up in that Afterlife world place was because he regretted not being able to save her.
it's a painful headcanon, but I've accepted it. I was even thinking of writing a fanfic for it...

Argh I know! It started off as the funniest anime ever and I couldn't stop laughing but then everything got really sad. I was pretty much drowning in my own tears for the last few episodes.
It's even worse when you remember that every single character who isn't an NPC died as a teenager, and had a terrible past to boot.
