Ah~~ First Love, ain't it grand?
I made this wallpaper last year for Valentine's Day, and I still like it for some reason.
That girl beside him is Kitajima Maya, the controversial "girlfriend" during his younger years. Kurama erased her memories including her love for him back in their junior high days because of a certain incident, and I thought it was about time they got back together, don't you? The coloring was way too rushed on this one, but I like the effects that came from it though. Hope you guys like it too.

I'm writing one at the moment. So far, Kurama and Maya ran into each other at the bar for a night out with friends. He is confused as to why she remembers him and she asks him out for coffee but now I'm stuck lol. Oh well. I wish they would've had a chance at happiness.

I've only read a badly translated scan of Two Shots, so please correct me if I'm wrong, but is this supposed to be an interpretation of an older Maya? Where did you get the idea for the peacoat and the sketchbook?

Yeah, this is older Maya. Her uniform is actually the girl uniform of Kurama's school.
The sketchbook... well, I don't really know. Probably because I wished I was Maya back then.

I'll come out and say it; I actually support this relationship. And I don't see how anyone could dislike Maya, since she only showed up once in Two Shots, and did nothing wrong. Me thinks it's jealousy, 'cause Kurama likes her best. Lol.
I've always wanted them to get back together somehow, so of course I really like this picture. It's done beautifully, and I really like how the colors go out of the lines just the right way, it makes it really soft.
