Tails of Cats and Dogs

Luke hovered outside of the clothing store. He had no money, but more importantly, he had no shirt. Without a shirt he was shoo'ed out of every establishment he had tried to enter. He needed a shirt. But he couldn't get one here. He wandered on.
He had been given a shirt by the woman who found him. But the shirt had been her teenage son's and too tight and it had ripped.
He wondered what style of clothes he might have worn before. Was he stylish or did he prefer clothes that were comfortable. Then something caught his eye.
There was a golden jacket laying on a bench. It had brown cuffs and trim and a furry collar. For some reason Luke picked it up, stuck his nose into the fur and inhaled. Only to get a lungful of secondhand cigarette smoke. He coughed and tossed the jacket back onto the bench.
But something would not let him leave it. Something in his brain was telling his that it was the wrong color, there weren't the right pockets. But this reminded him of something. Another jacket?
He wrinkled his nose as he pulled the jacket on over his shoulders. Maybe keeping something familiar with him would trigger more memories.
Out of the corner of his eye he thought he saw a woman with corn colored hair wearing a green fur collared jacket walking with a young boy. But when he turned to look there was nothing there.

Yay I didn't kill my Luke afterall!! Just...gave him really bad amnesia lol XD
Wish I could draw backgrounds. I might try to draw Maya and little Luke in the background later. If I do I'll update it!
