Love that the realism here has a sort of organic and lively feel - prolly also because you're making an actually interesting expression instead of staring blankly at the into space like most portraits do. XD It also has lovely color. :>
And since I'm tired enough to think such things, I could totally say the semi-unfinished bottom-half of the portrait makes it look as if you're magically dissolving and/or being teleported away by the bees, both of which are kind of badass sounding in an implausible sort of way.
