Oooh, I remember seeing this from you. ^^ Haha, so it's Rina~ I never guessed that because I thought this was fan art of a game character or something... I thought the character's hair was actually blue and the outfit looked very different from what I would actually think of for Rina. XD;
Anyway, this is is a nice piece of artwork to see from you. ^^ The colors you chose really make the picture stand out nicely. The picture, overall, has a icy and calm feeling, too. Great job! :3
